HVAC advertising

Advertise for the work
your board can take.

Heating and cooling demand swings with the weather, and your schedule swings with it. We connect the search, the ad, and the service page, then move spend as the season turns and the board fills or empties.

The service they searched for. A clear way to reach you.

Start with your business

Demand moves with the weather. A fixed budget does not.

No-cool and no-heat searches spike in a heat wave or a cold snap, then thin out in the shoulder seasons. Meanwhile the board can be full on Tuesday and open on Thursday. Advertising at one steady level ignores both. We agree how spend should move with the season, with your capacity, and with the jobs you want.

What we do

Campaigns that follow the season and the schedule.

Agree on services, coverage, budget, and tracking before launching or changing campaigns.

01

Emergency and planned work, kept apart

A no-cool search at four in the afternoon and a homeowner researching a furnace replacement are different jobs. They need different pages, different messages, and their own budgets, so neither quietly spends the other one’s money.

02

Spend that follows the season

Plan for peak heat and cold, for the shoulder months in between, and for maintenance demand. Priorities and budgets change as demand does, and we agree in advance what the plan is for each.

03

Capacity-aware pacing

Pull spend back when the board is full and there is nobody to send. Push it when there is open time. This depends on your team telling us how the schedule looks, so we agree how that signal reaches us.

04

Targeting by drive time, not by radius

Advertise where your trucks can actually reach. Review towns, ZIP codes, and travel time against the calls you receive, and exclude the searches and areas that spend money without producing work.

05

Landing pages that match the search

Send a no-cool search to a repair page that explains the visit. Send replacement research to a page about estimates, system options, and what a change-out involves.

06

Repair calls and replacement leads, reported apart

A booked repair and a replacement estimate are not the same result. Connect calls and service requests to campaigns, then separate the two in reporting using your team’s feedback.

A practical example

Say the first hot week of the year arrives.

Connect a no-cool campaign from the homeowner’s search to a visit your team can actually take.

01

Match the job

Send no-cool searches to an AC repair page, in the areas your trucks can reach that week.

02

Answer before the call

Explain the inspection, the estimate, and how soon someone can get there.

03

Review the outcome

Connect each call to its campaign, then separate repair visits from replacement leads before moving budget.

How we work together

Plan around the season. Adjust as it turns.

Meet the people doing the work
  • Review the account

Understand campaigns, tracking, coverage, and which jobs your team wants more of this season.

  • Agree and launch

Set the budget and scope, prepare relevant pages, and verify contact and tracking paths.

  • Follow the outcomes

Review searches, calls, and available booking data, then move spend as demand and capacity change.

What we learn shapes what we do next.

Before you decide

Fair questions about budget and season.

How much should an HVAC company spend on Google Ads?

There is no universal budget. It depends on competition, the season, priority services, capacity, and what you can afford to learn. Agree on a starting budget and measurement plan first.

Should we advertise in the shoulder seasons?

It depends what you want from them. Emergency demand is low, so the same budget buys fewer calls. Shoulder months usually suit maintenance and replacement planning at a lower level, if staying visible is worth it to you.

Can you pull spend back when our board is full?

Yes, once we agree how your team tells us the schedule is full. Budgets and ad hours can be reduced quickly. What we cannot do is guess your capacity from the outside.

Can we separate repair calls from replacement leads?

That is the aim, and separate campaigns and pages make the split cleaner. Some calls are only classified correctly after a technician has been out, so your team’s feedback is part of the reporting.

Can you review campaigns we already run?

Yes. We agree on the access and scope needed for a review and explain proposed changes before carrying them out.

Is advertising spend included in your fee?

Media spend and management fees are identified separately. The proposal also explains any landing-page, tracking, and software costs.

Can you guarantee a cost per lead or booked job?

No. Costs depend on competition, weather, demand, budget, website quality, and call handling. We agree on what counts as suitable work and use actual results to guide changes.

Your next step

Tell us what this season needs to look like.

Bring your priority services, coverage, budget, and what you know about the calls you receive. We use that to agree on a useful next step.
